I haven't quite figured out how the licensing for this works yet, nor how expensive it is but i've just found BBC Motion Gallery, which apparently stocks 300,000 hours of footage from the Beeb. Although most of it has a big banner across the middle, some of it is great and well usable for worship (eg this) or as a discussion starter (eg this)
